This morning, a combined Syrian force conducted a powerful raid on an ISIS Headquarters located in the eastern Hama countryside.
The Syrian Army backed by the National Defense Forces carried out a devastating attack against fortified ISIS positions at Al-Barghoutiya village, located to the east of Salamiya.
The offensive was heavily supported by artillery fire.
In the powerful assault, dozens of ISIS fighters were neutralized, including a senior leader. Several technicals were also obliterated.
In response, ISIS terrorists targeted civilians in the government-held town of Aqarib. The resulting mortar fire killed two women while three children were injured.
