BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:00 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) resumed their large-scale offensive in the Daraa Governorate, today, targeting the remaining areas controlled by the rebel forces.

Backed by heavy airstrikes from their Russian counterparts, the Syrian Army stormed a number of towns around the Tal Al-Harrah area in a bid to expel the remaining Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham fighters to the nearby Al-Quneitra Governorate.

According to a military report, the Syrian Arab Army managed to capture Akraba, Tal Akraba, Tal Mahas, Al-Malal, and Tal Al-Malal after a short battle with the jihadist rebels

The Syrian Arab Army is now steadily advancing towards the key town of Nabe Saker, which is located near the Quneitra-Daraa axis.

The Russian Aerospace Forces have been heavily bombing Nabe Saker these last 24 hours, as it is believed the jihadist rebels from Tal Al-Harrah fled to this town.

Once the Syrian Army reaches Nabe Saker, they will likely kickoff their planned operation to retake the southern part of the Al-Quneitra Governorate that is still under the control of the rebel forces.
