BEIRUT, SYRIA (6:10 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) is rolling inside the Idlib Governorate, today, capturing several sites that were under the control of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham.

Led by the Qalamoun Shield forces of the 3rd Division, the Syrian Arab Army advanced from the recently captured town of Balil towards nearby Umm Khazem.

The Syrian Army would impose full control over Umm Khazem shortly after launching the attack, forcing Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham to retreat to nearby Umm Turaykiyah.

According to a military source in Hama, the Syrian Army has now shifted their attention to Umm Turaykiyah after reaching the outskirts of this town.

These are not hard and fast rules, merely guidelines to aid the human judgment of our community and keep this a clean and well-lighted place for civilized public discourse.

Improve the Discussion
