BEIRUT, LEBANON (5:15 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) made another large-scale advance in the town of ‘Ayn Tarma this week, capturing several points around the Sanabel Fuel Station.
According to Al-Masdar’s field correspondent in Damascus, Ibrahim Joudeh, the Syrian Arab Army’s 105th Brigade of the Republican Guard seized almost all of the buildings overlooking the strategic Sanabel Fuel Station.
In addition to this advance, Joudeh reported that the Syrian Arab Army seized the ‘Ayn Tarma Junction near the southern bypass of the highway.
With today’s advance in ‘Ayn Tarma, the Syrian Arab Army is on the verge of cutting Faylaq Al-Rahman’s largest supply line from Jobar to this town in eastern Damascus.
