BEIRUT, LEBANON (3:10 A.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) launched an imperative attack, tonight, that targeted the strategic town of Busra Al-Harir in northeast Dara’a.

Led by their elite Tiger Forces, the Syrian Arab Army began the attack just after midnight, tonight, striking Busra Al-Harir from multiple axes.

Not long after launching their attack, the Syrian Arab Army managed to crack Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham’s lines at Busra Al-Harir, resulting in their entry.

According to preliminary reports from Busra Al-Harir, the Syrian Army has entered the town and secured several areas after an intense battle with the jihadist rebels.

Some reports have claimed the Tiger Forces have seized Busra Al-Harir; however, Al-Masdar cannot verify these reports as of yet.

If the jihadist rebels lose Busra Al-Harir, this would be a major setback for the opposition forces, as this town is the gateway to Al-Hirak, which is one of the largest localities in northeast Dara’a.
