BEIRUT, LEBANON (1:40 A.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) has just begun the second phase of their southern Aleppo offensive, a military source informed Al-Masdar News minutes ago.

According to the military source, the Syrian Army’s primary objective is to reach the Abu Dhuhour Military Airport from its northern Axis.

The attack was launched from the southern axis of recently captured Tal Daman, which is located northeast of the Abu Dhuhour Military Airport.

The Syrian Army has already captured the towns of Hulwiyah and Al-Hayaniyah, putting them within 7 km northeast of the Abu Dhuhour Airport.

Once the Syrian Army reaches the northern axis of the Abu Dhuhour Airport, the military installation is expected to fall, as it will be flanked from two different sides.
