BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:30 P.M.) – A number of explosions were heard in northern Aleppo this evening after an unnamed air force bombed the Syrian military there.
According to the Syrian Arab News Agency in Aleppo, a number of “enemy airstrikes” struck the Shiekh Najjar District of Aleppo city, causing many explosions in this industrial area.
Some Syrian military activists have reported that these airstrikes were launched by the Israeli Air Force; however, Al-Masdar is unable to confirm at this time.
This attack coincides with the recent explosions that were a result of a rebel attack on the town of Tal Jabeen near the Sheikh Najjar District.
At least nine civilians were killed as a result of this attack on Tal Jabeen.
