BEIRUT, LEBANON (4:00 P.M.) – The Russian Reconciliation Center and Syrian opposition have reached an agreement in eastern Daraa after several rounds of peace talks.

According to reports from Daraa, the rebels have agreed to reconcile with the Syrian government in the eastern part of the province after losing several areas in the past 72 hours.

In addition to eastern Daraa, the rebel forces will also reconcile with the government at the Nassib Crossing, Umm Mayathan, and Al-Taybah in the southern part of the province.

The Russian Reconciliation Center will enter these rebel-held areas and begin collecting the heavy and medium weapons from the Free Syrian Army (FSA) fighters.

Once the weapons are handed over, Russian military police will deploy to these reconciled towns and villages in order to ensure the security of the people.

For the Syrian government, this is a major victory because it will reopen the Nassib Crossing after being closed for over three years.

The provincial capital and western Daraa are not part of this agreement and will remain a target for the Syrian Arab Army.

Ha! What Syrian govenment victory is this News Agency talking about. This is a humiliation for the Syrian government because the Syrian government will not be allowed to enter the towns mentioned WHICH WILL REMAN UNDER THE FSA TERROR GROUPS and only Russian military police will be allows in.
