BEIRUT, LEBANON (4:33 A.M.) – According to sources based in the Syrian port city of Tartus, Russian Navy warships have unleashed a salvo of cruise missiles towards rebel forces somewhere in the country’s south.

Sources report the sound of missiles streaking southwards towards what they believe are most likely militant targets somewhere in the eastern parts of Rif Dimashq (Damascus) province.

Sources have stated that insurgent positions in Damascus’ East Ghouta region are not necessarily the targets of the missile attack, hinting that rebel forces in the eastern Qalamoun region (northeastern Rif Dimashq province) are instead being engaging by the Russian Navy.

At the present, Syrian and Russian warplanes are conducting heavy raids against militants in the East Ghouta region of Damascus.

Updates to follow.

Maybe Russia reached out and liquidated the false flag team sent into East Ghouta? Might improve the acting if they’re actually on fire 😄

Nikki Haley will be disappointed that Assad is not responsible for that strike and cannot be attacked. See also @ dank fur kopf’s comment.
