BEIRUT, LEBANON (1:40 A.M.) – For the fourth time this month, the Russian Hmeimim Airbase has come under heavy attack from rebel drones.

According to a military source in Latakia, the jihadist rebels launched a drone attack on the northeastern perimeter of the Hmeimim Airbase in the southwestern countryside of the province.

In response to the drones entering their airspace, the Russian air defense deployed their missiles in a bid to foil the attack.

The military source said the drone attack was foiled by the Russian air defense after a brief confrontation this evening.

The source added that the Russian and Syrian air forces are likely preparing to launch a big attack on the Jisr Al-Shughour District, following this latest provocation.

Earlier this month, the jihadist rebels in the Jisr Al-Shughour District launched three drone attacks on the Hmeimim Airbase; however, all of their attempted strikes were foiled before they could do any damage to the installation.

This latest attack on the Hmeimim Airbase comes just hours after the rebel forces fully surrendered their areas in southwest Syria.

Heavy attach from one drone? Must be a joke. Read about Stalingrad or the battle of Kursk. Those were heavy attacks!!! Anyway go after them Tiger Forces, don’t miss the opportunity to retaliate. The whole world is watching you!!!

Insisto, mientras los terroristas mantengan contacto con Turquía seguirán ingresando mas insumos de guerra.
La ofensiva debe empezar por esta zona y toda la frontera Turca y encerrar a los terroristas de Erdogan dentro del territorio Sirio.

Well, Russia aerospace force and Syria air force can get rid of theses terrorists with a dense continue air bombshell. Of course, these terrorists attack are coordinated by CIA Pentagone Mossad instructors, and it looks to they are trying to bring SAA-RUssia attention to Idbil to leave alone AL-Tanaf. I consider Al-Tanaf as a priority before going to Idbil, this will bring security to all north part of Syria.
