BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:20 A.M.) – The Russian military officially entered the southwest Syria offensive this evening, a source told Al-Masdar from the Dara’a Governorate.

The Russian Aerospace Forces unleashed a massive assault over northeastern Dara’a, tonight, targeting several areas controlled by the jihadist rebels.

According to a military source in the government stronghold of Izra’a, the Russian Aerospace Forces launched over 20 airstrikes across northeastern Dara’a tonight.

The source told Al-Masdar that the Russian Aerospace Forces specifically launched airstrikes over the towns of Masikah, Aeeb, and Busra Al-Harir.

The added that the majority of the airstrikes were launched on the jihadist stronghold of Busra Al-Harir, which is located directly east of Izra’a.

This attack by the Russian Aerospace Forces comes just 48 hours after the U.S. State Department issued a stern warning to both the Russian and Syrian governments about escalating their offensive in southwest Syria.

Pray hard that the Lord God Almighy will bash the H*ll out of EVERY plane, missile and rocket that comes against the pro-Assad soldiers, fighters and pilots. He is a big God but acts in responsse to the priayers of His children. So pray hard for Him to destroy every plane and vehicle in Syria that is and will attach pro-Assad forces. How badly I wish Pompeo and Mattis and Bolton could be on the front lines and come to be no more.

Friend! this is a war against religious imbeciles, paid by greedy murrican bigots, so no Higher Being will help us against them, everything has to be done by our limited, but dedicated human efforts – so please leave God and prayers and all that c**p outa it, Pompeo is a CIA megamoron who has his first gin tonic on 6.30 A.M., this is not about Faith, it’s about greed, drugs & violence, the built-in murrican pursuit o’happyness, so please spare us that enstranged Bible Belt lingo, pls. Get down to Earth – read Karl Marx!

Well, actually, it’s not even funded on the Yanks : congress can ONLY refuse to fund such a shït as, as Kerry said, not knowing he was recorded, this shït is against US laws (!), There is serious Qatare/KSA/Turkish funding, actually, Iran is not clean too in the creation of ISIS, even if things went out of hand for them. I’m less categoric about the Trump admin than I was on the Muslim-Brotherhood rigged Obongo/Killary/Kerry one… They may look antagonist in talks and even in some acts, but if you analyse more closely, they’re far far far less toxic, actually,… Read more »

I agree I often ask St Symian of Aleppo for his intercession and from the first encirclement of aleppo to the race to raqqa were my prayer request and happened. Not always sucessful but I cant see how this military opperation can not succeed.

Happy to see that the Russians didn’t run from the fight as I was afraid they would!

While the bombing runs are welcome what is really needed in Southern Syria right now is CAP (combat air patrol) by the Russian fighter aircraft.

One can always expect dirty tricks from the US / Israel when their islamist forces are under threat of destruction.

Indeed, I think the Russian’s decided the threat for SAA aircraft getting shot down was too high, so they decided to do what’s needed themselves this time, while giving the finger to the US!

It’s more that SyAAF has mostly only 70’s aircraft, the only things able to have some efficiency being the recently modernised very few Su-24. They’re not even giving the finger to the US as Yanks warned the ‘rebels’ that they weren’t into intervening. In fact, even the few US moves like the cruise missiles salvo a few weeks ago, were bullshïtting : nothing was ever done to hurt for real. In fact, all really ends recouping my long time analysis : US goal was not more than pressuring Assad into accepting the pipeline he refused in 2009 since Yanks would… Read more »

Oh, I think the only ones that were bluffed were the shithadists who believed the Yanks were on their side. Now the (few) moderates secularists will do reconciliation, the others? Why d’you think Abdulla-II deployed his tanks at the border, then you had many international leaders visiting Amman in the last days?
For jihadists, Jordan border will be the anvil while SAA+RuAF will be the hammer…

Right, Rotschild Theater is ratcheting up for it’s next act. Even though Assad seems to be one of the few who were not given the script to read beforehand, luckily he seems to be shrewder than the other players and is stealing the show from them.

“All Hail Assad, Unity, Freedom, Socialism.” => Actually, the principles of his Ba’ath Party are : – Pan-Arabism. The initial goal was to create a huge Arab nation with Libya, Egypt, Syria, Iraq and others… It definitively failed. – Arab-Socialism – Arab-Nationalism => By essence, socialism is internationalist, not nationalist, so Nationalism+Socialism is an oxymoron… Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei=National Socialist German Workers’ Party, abbreviated NSDAP, was the real name of those commonly being called the… Nazis… Socialists are leftists, Nazis were definitively ultra far-right and actually allied with… Islamists, e.g. the Muslim Brotherhood… “Next stop Jerusalem” => Ah, it’s clear you… Read more »

Israel is not implied… Actually, what started this SHTF is even a pipeline that is against Israel’s interests as it would compete the Pipeline they’re building together with Cyprus to sell their own gas to the EU. Why d’you think they’re not at odds at all with Putin, actually, it’s even the contrary, while the Obongo admin was absolutely furious on Assad, Putin and… Netanyahu! If Israel wanted to be bigger, they could have kept Sinai without problem… Golan wasn’t part of Syria in 1947, Syria illegally invaded in 1948 then was bounced in 1967. Verify any pre-1948 map, you’ll… Read more »

Where do you have it that Syria invaded the Golan Heights in 1948? My research says that it was placed in the French Mandate in negotiations with the British following World War I and subsequently added to the newly created Syrian Arab Republic when the French Mandate expired at the end of World War II.
