BEIRUT, LEBANON (4:30 P.M.) – A massive explosion rocked the provincial capital of the Idlib Governorate this afternoon, opposition activists reported via social media.

According to the reports, a car bomb targeted the Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham base inside the southern part of Idlib city, killing at least 15 people and wounding 20 more.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack as of yet.

Today’s blast marks the second time in the last 24 hours that Idlib city has experienced a car bombing that was conducted by unknown assailants.

Or Syrian Mukhabarat, or Spetsnasz, or some other ghazis…
When there are no claims, I tend to think it’s Syrian Mukhabarat, or Spetsnasz : they have more interest at keeping the mystery on who did it while ghazis are more into bragging on any of their “successes”.

Yes , killing each other is fine but as always collateral damage is a problem although I am sure there is some ” if you lie with dogs you get fleas “
