BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:40 P.M.) – According to a report from Damascus-Now, the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Council is prepared to negotiate with the Syrian government in Damascus.
The report claimed that the co-chair of the Syrian Democratic Council, Ilham Ahmad, has agreed to send a political delegation to Damascus in order to begin talks with the Syrian government.
This meeting will allegedly have no preconditions, Damascus-Now added.
The Syrian Democratic Council has yet to issue an official statement confirming this news.
