ISIS have announced in a statement that it has shot down an Iraqi helicopter, killing 4 on board.
The helicopter was shot down according to ISIS on the perimeter of Makhoul mountain in Salahuddein province.
Meanwhile, in a contradictory manner, Iraqi state media have rejected the ISIS claims, and have said that the Russian-made assault MI-35 helicopter was downed due to technical failure.
