Update (8:32 P.M.): Sources in southern Lebanon confirmed the explosion was not at the Palestinian Refugee Camp, but rather, at a Shia mosque inside the city of Saida.
Update (8:38 P.M.): A hand grenade was thrown into the direction of the Shia mosque from the Al-‘Amarakan Cemetery. No casualties reported.
