BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:57 P.M.) – Footage recorded by an individual solider from the Syrian Arab Army’s (SAA) elite Tiger Forces Division shows forward-most units of the famous formation inside the borders of Deir Ezzor Governorate. Also in the video are tribal fighters who have accompanied the Tiger Forces so far since the beginning of the southern Raqqa offensive in mid-July.

The footage is very recent since only as of this morning have the Tiger Forces officially entered into the eastern Syrian province.

The Tiger Forces and tribal fighters in the video are said to be in the Tifadah Desert region of Deir Ezzor Governorate. Here, the soldiers and tribal fighters can be seen taking a brief rest and celebrating with one another.

Among the rank-and-file shown in the footage is Tiger Forces field commander Ali Taha.
