According to the reports, intense clashes broke out inside the Jandaris District of Afrin for unknown reasons.
Over the last two months, the amount of infighting among the Turkish-backed rebels has increased immensely, with some groups like Ahrar Sharqiyah being involved in multiple clashes with several groups.
The Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army captured the Afrin region from the People’s Protection Units (YPG) last March and since then, they have struggled to maintain order in this part of Aleppo.
