BEIRUT, LEBANON (6:00 P.M.) – Not long after his announcement of a military campaign in northern Iraq, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that his forces will target the YPG-held town of Tal Rifa’at in northern Aleppo.

The operation will likely be led by the Turkish-backed rebels that previously participated in Operation Olive Branch to capture the Afrin region.

Similar to the Afrin operation, the Russian military will likely pull out of Tal Rifa’at prior to the Turkish assault on the town.

Erdogan has repeatedly called on Russia to force the YPG to leave Tal Rifa’at; however, the latter refuses to abandon the town.

No date has been set for this upcoming operation.

Yeah, and CIA/Mossad assets. At the end of the day, they will lose not only Kirkuk, Afrin, Sinjar and Tal Rifat but also Manbij, Kobane, Raqqa, Hashakah and the Omar oil field. It turns out that Kurds are very greedy and selfish. Too bad!

CCCP is dead long time ago. Russia now is not CCCP. Putin would never compromise his friendship because of some dividends. Stay tuned until the end of the Syrian war and you will understand Syria has the best friends ever.

Rusia traiciona a Siria, en un futuro los mercenarios de Erdogan serán mas peligrosos que ISIS ya que contaran siempre con apoyo logístico y económico.

Just for your information, Russia never betrays its friends. This is not USA. On the other hand, Russians are slow, sometimes they seem unorganized and difficult to understand but remember my word, Russia never betrays its friends. How I know this? Read the history and you will see the huge difference between Americans and Russians…
