At least two people and a further 16 were wounded when a car bomb blasted outside a government building in the southern Turkish city of Adana.
Governor of Adana Mahmut Demirtas has said the attack was committed by a woman whilst the Turkish labour minister has said it was the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party. Neither could provide evidence at this moment.
The blast that occurred in a parking lot next to the entrance of the government building also shattered windows of neighboring shops and buildings.
This is the latest terrorist attack in Turkey that has ripped through the country in the last year. These attacks have always been blamed on either ISIS or the Kurdistan Workers Party.
