BEIRUT, LEBANON (3:00 P.M.) – One of the longest battles in this seven year long war has finally ended, as Syrian Arab Army (SAA) troops raise the flag of the Syrian Arab Republic over the Al-Rastan and Al-Houla plains.

The last rebels in the northern countryside of the Homs Governorate were transported from this region to the Idlib Governorate this past weekend.

This last rebel evacuation gave the Syrian Arab Army full control over this rugged region that is located along the strategic Hama-Homs Highway in central Syria.

The Syrian troops in northern Homs will now be redeployed to the Dara’a Governorate, where they will lead the upcoming southern Syria offensive.

Congratulation to Syria-Hezbolah-Iran-Russia armies. However, the war is not over, and instead of celebration you must prepare for more difficult battles (USA-Israel-Turkey controlled areas of Syria). With the strong support of aerospace Russia force, I have not doubt that you are going to be successful.
