The Bahraini Army was one of the first armies to join the Saudi-led Arab Coalition in March of this; but, despite their long-standing presence in this conflict, they have managed to avoid many casualties.
However, they no longer have the luxury of sitting idly as their foreign mercenaries combat the Yemeni Army’s Rrepublican Guard and the Houthis; this is due in large part to the latter’s invasion of southern Saudi Arabia.
On Tuesday morning, the Bahraini Army’s Central Command received disheartening news when two soldiers were reportedly killed in Saudi Arabia’s Jizan region by the Yemeni Army’s Republican Guard.
Moments after reporting the death of 2 soldiers in southern Saudi Arabia, the Bahraini Army’s Central Command was informed that another solider was killed during the clashes in the Jizan Region.
In a statement issued by the Bahraini Army’s command, the following Bahraini soldiers were killed in the Jizan Region:
- Captain Ahmed Mohammed Ameen
- Captain Mubarak Saad Al-Rumaihi
- 1st Sergeant Hassan Ali Eskandar Majid
