BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:00 A.M.) – At least ten civilians were killed this morning when a U.S. Coalition plane heavily bombarded a town in the northeastern province of Al-Hasakah, local activists reported via social media.
According to these reports, the U.S. Coalition specifically bombarded the town of Jaza’a, which is located in the southern part of the Al-Hasakah Governorate.
The activists claimed that among the ten civilians killed were both women and children from this town in northeast Syria.
The U.S. Coalition is currently aiding the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) to clear the last remnants of the Islamic State (ISIS) in southern Al-Hasakah.
