BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:40 A.M.) – President Bashar al-Assad on Monday received Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari and his accompanying delegation, the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported.

The meeting discussed the latest developments in Syria and Iraq, along with regional and international issues.

President Assad stressed that the victories achieved in combating terrorism in Syria and Iraq are similar because they are fighting the same terrorist groups.

The Syrian President said it is important to upgrade and consolidate the Syrian-Iraqi relations, particularly at the civil level, considering that in spite of the security circumstances of both countries and in spite of all foreign attempts to prevent the development of the bilateral relations, there has always been coordination at different levels and a mutual understanding with regard to what is going on in the region and the world.

For his part, Minister Jaafari pointed out that the regional and international circumstances are trending positively towards what is going on in Syria and Iraq due to the legitimacy of the cause defended by the two brotherly countries.

Jaafari said that Syria possesses a cultural and historical heritage, mixed with their latest triumph over terrorism.

President Assad and Jaafari also discussed the possibility of reopening the Albukamal Crossing for the first time in several years.

Which is better than can be said about Libya, a GCC/NATO project where the Libyan state has been divided and the people continue to suffer and provide refugees to Europe. Not to mention the Saudi/UAE project using Sudanese mercenaries with behind the scenes support from Britain and the USA that’s creating a genocidal campaign against the Yemenis.

Not quite. There are still the terrorist enablers US, ISRAEL and TURKEY, the latter two who allow them to cross their borders into Syria freely and with protection. It’s well known that all three want to create a quagmire for Syria and her allies and the upheaval of neverending conflict within Syrias borders. This murderous war is a long way from finishing, the sick US/ISRAEL axis will see to that.

If these towel head countries stopped letting themselves be played by the you know who’s, they’d get together and form a regional block for protection (along the sorts of ASEAN but with more teeth), then the nasty nosed yidz really would find themselves swimming in the med.

You write a load of rot. All throughout this crisis in Syria, the Israeli Zionists have done their utmost to undermine the Syrian Government including supporting various jihadis and rebels near the Golan Heights and bombing Syrian military positions that were in the midst of fighting ISIS.
Go and crawl back into your hole.

Actualli, Israelis only supported 2 groups, mainly constituted of Druzes, in order to avoid jihadist infiltrations.

SAA had embedded IRGC cockroaches who used to shell into Israel and ended with return fire. Strangely, since Russia pushed to take IRGC far from the border, shelling has stopped and return-fire too. Tsahal ROE (rules of engagement) are VERY strict : even in 1948, they didn’t started any fight. General in chief of Arab League himself confirmed it!

Abu Cockroach : “Verily Islam started as something strange and it would again revert (to its old position) of being strange just as it started, and it would recede between the two mosques just as the serpent crawls back into its hole.” – Your so-called “prophet”, Hadith 271, Sahih Muslim, The Book of Faith (Kitab Al-Iman) “Belief returns and goes back to Medina like a snake.” – Sahih Bukhari, 3.30.100 “Muslims will diminish in number and they will go back to where they started [before Islam]” – Sunaan Abu Dawud, 2.19.3029 => GOODBYE SÜCKER!

@Abu baggr, Remember that You IS roaches broke the convents of Geneva – when You are paraded finally in underwear. It was easy for You in 2015 when soldiers expected You to behave like humans.

God will not recognize You on the newest day.
