Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has said in a Thursday interview with French media that his government will liberate “every inch” of Syria from terrorist groups.

He emphasised that the ISIS-held city of “Raqqa is a symbol” but not the only point of priority.

“You have ISIS close to Damascus, you have them everywhere,” Assad said.

“Everywhere is a priority depending on the development of the battle,” he continued.

“For us it is all the same, Raqqa, Palmyra, Idlib, it’s all the same,” Assad pointed out, stressing that it is the “duty of any government” to regain control of “every inch” of its territory.

He is right. No concessions to terrorists and sponsors of terrorists. No terrorist can have a foot of Syria. Not even in a Federation. p.s. Turkey already has eaten Hatai. No concessions to their mercenaries either.

And let’s not “conveniently” forget the most important statement made by Dr. Assad in this interview: that terrorists and mercenaries would not have been murdering Syrians in the first place, if it wasn’t for the massive assistance they received from their NATO enablers. As Dr. Assad nicely and explicitly confirms, the US regime and its allies are forces of destabilization and destruction, whereas Islamic Iran and Russia are forces of peace and stability. The Syrian president could not have put it more clearly. A knock-out punch to the face of trolls desperately attempting to whitewash Washington, Tel Aviv and Brussels… Read more »

@Basiji. Yes. US, Turkey, UK and France are in the NATO. Yes. France, UK are in the EC and Turkey is associated. There is no need to whitewash Brussels for it. Tough Brussels is the name sake center to both. You and Dr. Assad are pissing at the wrong tree. Go to Washington, Ankara, London, Paris to p**s. Not to Brussels or Berlin or Jerusalem. Yes the Zionists were into it. But the majority of the Israeli by now descend from people that the Muslims, especially the Arabs, have driven from their original homes. p.s. I do not care if… Read more »

Anyway, to have fighters paid by external countries is not acceptable.
This is a shame.
