Earlier today, Turkey-backed militants began their operation to capture the ‘apocalyptic’ and ISIS-held town of Dabiq.
Moving towards this goal, the Turkey-backed militants that include Free Syrian Army factions as well as Islamist fighters have captured the village of Mazare’ al-Kuwaiti.
To the south of Dabiq, the same coalition have captured Arshaf from ISIS.
Meanwhile, in a speech earlier today, Turkish President Erdogan has said “We [Turkey] entered Jarablus with opposition forces and now we’re advancing Dabiq. We’ll establish a 5000 km square area of safety zone there.”
