DAMASCUS, SYRIA (8:30 A.M.) – Another Turkish soldier was reportedly killed in the Aleppo Governorate after intense clashes with the so-called “Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham” (ISIS) today.
The Turkish Armed Forces added that as many as 5 more soldiers were lightly wounded during today’s clashes with the Islamic State in northern Aleppo.
Over the last 24 hours, the Turkish Army has suffered 7 deaths and 25+ wounded as a result of their field operations inside Syria.
On Wednesday, the Turkish regime accused the Syrian Air Force of carrying out an airstrike over northeast Aleppo that killed 3 Turkish soldiers near the ISIS stronghold of Al-Bab; this allegation was denied by the Syrian Air Force.
