BEIRUT, LEBANON (5:40 P.M.) – An American member of the so-called “Islamic State” (ISIL) encouraged followers to carry out terrorist attacks against random US residents.
In the video, the terrorist accuses the US of killing thousands of people and encourages followers of the Islamic State to “kill a kafir” (infidel).
The video is dated back to May 17th, 2017, which is shortly before the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) began their assault on the Islamic State’s capital of Raqqa City.
The American in the video was identified by his nom de guerre – “Abu Hamza Al-Amreeki – he is the commander of an Islamic State unit in Raqqa.
The U.S. authorities have not released any information about this terrorist commander.
