La Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) ha acusado a Turquía de cometer “graves” violaciones en las regiones controladas por los kurdos en el norte de Siria, informó el jueves la agencia de noticias AFP.

Esta acusación por parte de la ONU se produce pocos días después de que las Fuerzas Armadas turcas y sus aliados rebeldes atacaran tanto al Ejército Árabe Sirio (EAS) como a las Fuerzas Democráticas Sirias (FDS) dirigidas por los kurdos en el norte de Alepo.

Turquía participa de manera directa en el conflicto sirio desde el 26 de agosto de 2016, cuando enviaron sus fuerzas para capturar la ciudad fronteriza de Jarabulus de las fuerzas del Estado Islámico (ISIS).
