DAMASCUS, SYRIA (1:25 P.M.) – With tens of thousands caught in war zones across Raqqa, collateral damage is taking its toll on the civilian population.

According to Amaq Agency, 20 non-combattants were killed and 15 wounded on Sunday by US airstrikes on the town of Kaderan in western Raqqa.

Al-Masdar News could not independently verify the death toll.

Nevertheless, independent monitoring agencies suggest thousands of civilians around Raqqa and Mosul have been killed by US Air Force sorties on ISIS-held residential areas.

Washington has thus far denied the claims, admitting only a few dozen civilian casualties.

Meanwhile, the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces liberated four villages around Raqqa on Sunday. Extensive details on the latter development can be found here.

The US keeps saying it has the most accurate targeting procedures in the world before attacks are allowed, so due to the hundreds of thousands of civilians over the years that the US military have murdered . it must mean that the US intends to kill civilians and use terror as a weapon.

We know that the CIA supports terrorists and has done since its inception, ergo the USA is a Terrorist State.
